Absolute poverty refers to the state of depreciation of basic needs which commonly included food, water, sanitation, clothing, shelter etc. For whereas relative poverty refers to be below relatively income. Where the another person differ for each society or country, 1 may be relatively poor without being in the state of absolute poverty. So any country which is under developed or isn't developing phase should focus on eradicating or minimizing the rate of poverty so that the country could really grow in the long term. Because without judging the power period of any country, we can't really say that the company is developing or anything like that
