You just speak to everyone. Second, do not speak electronically. Speak gently with everyone. Third, you should have eye contact to whom you are speaking with. Destruct the feeling that you have when you admire or have a high opinion of somebody or something polite behavior, care or care towards somebody. Something that you think it is important. We should all treat older people with more respect
I guess we live in a society where the elder ones don't give respect to the younger ones just because they are younger. In my opinion, we should respect only those who respect us back. So in that sense, we should also ensure our selfworth and self respect
