Story of my diversion

Hello, people. Good evening. And have you all been okay? So I just wanted to ask you all, so what do you do to divert yourself? So if you ask me, what do I do? So I go to gym. Okay, so let me be very honest to each and everyone out there. It's been two years, is me going to gym. So before that I had been to gym for one continuous year

You told this story that what way you get diversion from all kind of baggages so I remember one more thing from my life that earlier time my wife she was not fit and I had to take her to doctor most of the times and body ache was there and she was not fit but then she started going gym and definitely she started living happily and she got some friends there and she is doing exercise and now she is very happy and she is fit also and she is healthy and now we don't have to go to doctor and so definitely I totally agree with you that gym is the place if you spend time there and you do exercise then definitely you leave many kinds of baggage and hectic schedules and definitely doing exercise and going gym this makes a big difference in your life and you start living happily and you feel joy and you are energetic you become dynamic and most importantly you feel fit and you have more capacity physical capacity also and mental capacity also and you become strong so that's true I agree totally agree with
