Hello everyone. Continuing from yesterday on Circle of Safety, today I'm sharing where we can go deeper into understanding why is it important to create a circle of safety. So taking an example or a story which is shared in this book, where a line approaches to hunt the gazels. So gazels is something like a deer, you can say just for an understanding

Hi. This makes so much sense. And yes, of course, stress is definitely as they see, stress is a silent killer. And in today's day and age, I think the amount of stress, the amount of anxiety almost all of us are dealing with is crazy, right? It's immense

And the saddest part is even if someone is not greedy about money, the social structure in which many organizations work if you have a boss or boss boss who is greedy, then there is no point for you to be not greedy. Because they want their money. So they will force work on you. So that adds to the stress. So I feel like working environment has to change people's personal life. And personal happiness needs to be given peace so that we can have a better, longer life

Hey, that's so good to hear, and I'm so thrilled to share with you that I belong to a community like that, which is an international community, where we are trying to empower youth. We are trying to support people who think that happiness is something, an external thing, and it cannot be achieved until unless you have something or you have someone of your desire

So I believe we have to divert from that kind of a mindset where there is no external superpower. Pardon me to say that something like God or so it is good to have this kind of respect towards our creator or per se. But I believe it's not wise or practical to ask something in return, but rather becoming that person who will work hard for his family or his surroundings and do something for the community

But to apply it, that is what God expects from you. He has sent you to this planet with intelligence to create a better world. To implement his vision of beautiful world where humanity, entire humanity and entire nature benefits. That you have to do as a human. That's why you have given a human birth. If I speak philosophically so here respecting and being a good responsible citizen to the family and to society is a service to God in itself. Thank you
