Circle of safety from "Leaders eat last" by Simon Sinek

So something which I have been trying to apply in my life, reading various books and I came across this book called Leaders Eat last by Simon Sinek where he talks about this circle of safety where people feel appreciated, feel loved, a sense of belonging. And I believe, or as Simon says, that is one of the greatest ally or strength of being a civilization of human beings. So here quickly, Simon is talking about oxytocin, which is the chemical love

And rather than always putting people down for wanting to belong, I think it's important to encourage embracing people embracing people in such safe spaces and creating such safe spaces or communities where people can feel that sense of belonging, that sense of acceptance. And your swell makes me want to go ahead and read the book myself, which probably I definitely will, even though my reading list is like, really long right now and I haven't been able to read a lot lately

@Aishani

Hey, Aishani. Thank you so much for connecting with me. I have just started to swell. I hope I am able to live up to the expectation of the people in this community of swell. Thank you so much for your feedback and your two and a half minutes of key points on what I shared. I really thoroughly enjoyed listening. And today I have created a new swell on the next chapter, continuing from Circle of safety. I hope you like it and looking forward to your feedback again

It's like the inner Voice, which you always wanted to say but didn't say. And if you haven't read that book, I'll leave a link here. You may want to give that a read. I do believe Simon Sinek's Golden Circle why, how and what being the root of all evaluations, if you will, or assessments, if you will. But he himself says that he is an optimist, right? He's idealist, rather not just optimist, he's an idealist

Thank you so much for your reply on my swell. Sorry I'm late in replying because I had to change my phone and then I was a little busy. Nevertheless, thank you for sharing a new perspective on leadership last and connecting with the subtle art of not giving a f***. So I haven't read the book because just the title somehow didn't appeal to me. But if you say so, that it does have something which I can look for
