You are absolutely correct. We really need a leader in our life. And that leader can be anyone, means someone to whom we can have a trust that they will really lead us to a right path. Because without leaders, no one can lead a right path. Because they tell us what are the hurdles and what are the things which are going wrong in our path. With the help of a right leadership, the people will really go at the right point for achieving really something great in their life

Yes, we do need leaders, but not someone who believes in a hierarchical way of supporting people, but someone who believes that though he has or he or she has a leader tag attached to him or her, but still believes that he is just part of that community which he or she is supporting. I believe the more the responsibility you take as a leader, it's like you are carrying a sack, which is very heavy, which you are carrying on your back
