सो? हेलो? गाइस? गुड? इवनिंग। तो आल ऑफ़ यू आई एम? अभिषेक। आज मैं आप सभी को 1 इम्पॉर्टेंट एक्ट के बारे में बताना चाहूँगा जो की है। इंडियन स्टैंप एक्ट एटी नाइनटी? सो गाइस? आपको आई। थिंक पता होगा कि स्टैंप ड्यूटी क्या होती है? स्टैंप ड्यूटी जो होती है। यह गवर्नमेंट की 1 प्रकार की नॉन टैक्स रेवेन्यू होती है जिसमे की गवर्नमेंट जो होती किसी भी चीज के बिजनेस के रजिस्ट्रेशन पर जो फीस लेती है फांस लेती है पेनाल्टी लेती है उसको छोड़ के 1 अलग से गवर्नमेंट स्टैंप ड्यूटी भी लेती है जो कि जब हम लैंड परचेज करते हैं या सेल करते हैं तो उस टाइम पे हमको गवर्नमेंट को स्टैंप ड्यूटी देनी पड़ती है तो ये स्टैंप ड्यूटी को इसलिए देनी पडती है कि मान लीजिए सपोज एग्जाम्पल की 1-ए-ए पर्सन है जिसने पी को प्रॉपर्टी सेल की और वो ए पर्सन ने सी को भी प्रॉपर्टी सेल कर दी। तो इसमें जो गवर्नमेंट के पास में रिकॉर्ड होता है उसमें तो प्रॉपर्टी अभी भी ए के पास ही है बी के पास भी नहीं गई है न सी के पास भी है। तो गाइस जब भी हम किसी से प्रॉपर्टी लेते है परचेज करते हैं या फिर सेल करते हैं तो हमें उसके साथ में स्टैम्प ड्यूटी भी देना पड़ता है जिससे हम गवर्नमेंट के रिकॉर्ड में यह बता देते हैं करके हमने प्रॉपर्टी को परचेस कर चुके हैं या फिर सिल कर चुके हैं जिसमें यदि परचेज कर लिए है तो वो हमारे नाम पर है यदि फिर हमारे साथ कुछ ऐसा फ्रॉड होने का चांसेस है तो उसमें गवर्नमेंट हमको सपोर्ट करता है और यदि गाइज हमने ऐसा नहीं किए स्टैम्प ड्यूटी पे नहीं किए और रजिस्ट्रेशन नहीं करवाए। तो फिर यदि कोई पर्सन जो कि हमारे साथ फ्रॉड कर रहा है किसी और को भी जमीन बेच चुका है और हमको भी जमीन बेच रहा है तो उस केस में फिर हमारे पास में कोई एविडेंस नहीं होता है कि हम उस जमीन को हमने परचेज कर चुके हैं।
