A recent study showed that among those preparing for medical insurance exams, 72.2% experienced high level of stress interfering with their day to day functioning. The most common complaints of such students are poor concentration level and lack of focus. Fear of failures keeps it going in most cases, students hardly consult a mental health experts or talk about their issue with peers and parents. No recreation, continuous study for most of the days. Parental pressure and fear of failures aggravate their condition

So the emotional support, as you said, should be provided and there should also be awareness that if the student does not pass or succeed in one field, then there can be plan B and there can be other ways to do that. Thank you

When they realize that it's going to affect the same way to the children, they feel like if they've gone through it, the children should too. The next generation should go through the same thing they did. They do not understand that what they went through is an indication that it's time to make things. It's time to change things. It's time to better things. Right? So they say that there was this saying that parents, love your children

Thank you Surbhi for raising such an important issue. Exam phobia. The fear of exam that most of the students might have experienced it in their life. And what I think we fear of exam because we think if we got low score or low marks then the other person will form a bad image of ourselves. So this social pressure that is created on us to always score high marks high marks is the main cause of this fear

Exam phobia is real! #collegevoiceindia #swellcast

So hi. Sufi kumari. I totally agree with your stance on exam phobia and you presented it very beautifully. So I would like to say that exam phobia is actually real and I totally agree with, of course, PM Narendra Modi sir had also said that given tips on how to handle exam stress. So yeah, we should agree as a society that we are pressurizing students to perform well in academics. Well, my exams are also fast approaching and totally I also relate with whatever has been said

Hi, Sadi. Really liked as well. And I want to thank you for bringing up this topic of exam phobia. I think as a student I can very much relate to it and I feel like everyone faces this thing called exam phobia. Their ways of showing it is different. I think the reason we have exam phobia is that we think a lot about the result of what we are going to result of the exams, rather than just focusing on learning for it and gaining knowledge

Well, that is not the case because marks do not really run the world and do not really run the reputation of colleges or universities. Tablets, hobbies, organizations that people have worked in, things that people have done in their life and achieved are definitely much more than the marks that they have got because there are multiple factors that could be affected. It's not only the teaching style, but also the learning style that is honestly not taken into consideration in a general basis
