For me, I have blocks of focus time intentionally scheduled in my calendar, where I don't take any team's messages, any text messages, emails or phone calls. So I can work solely on certain tasks without disruption. That's not rude. That's just setting up my boundaries. However, in turn, as I block time out, I also take that time to focus on messages, text, emails and calls. I schedule time to focus on those things

I'm this is a great discussion about setting boundaries at work. I just did something on boundaries within and when you're dating andy saw your post about setting boundaries. And this one about work is so important. I think that that creates a culture of having a little bit more peace because I think sometimes we get caught up at work, especially if we have to work on site instead of at home
