Freeze response to overwhel: how does it show up in your life?

So today I'm driving to go pick up my son, and I'm alone in the car. And I thought this would be the perfect time to reintroduce myself and kind of make a recommitment to myself just to be more consistent on this platform, because I think it's something that is a really nice, creative outlet for people like me

And like, I'm going to say this wrong or this going to come out, and I've just learned to I always feel better when I just do it and try not to critique myself and just have grace for whatever it is it's going to be. And I make a lot of lists for myself and it's so funny because I'll always like the r1 big thing I want to do

I do have plans to read some poetry or short stories, but other than that, it's really just a place for me and I'm sure you and a lot of others to hop on and have a nice creative outlet. I really like that the platform keeps the swells to under five minutes, because for me, I think of it as a micro podcast of sorts

And that's okay. We're not meant to capture everyone, but someone there is people out there that needs your message, that needs your voice, that needs your topic, that needs your energy, that needs the information you have to share, prepared or unprepared, filtered or unfiltered. They need that. Just have fun. Have fun and engage. Engage, enjoy, explore. There's so much to offer

So basically the thing is that we need to just learn to reorder our thoughts and emotions in order to lower the stress. And I think when we acknowledge that we are having this we have a stress or something, so many things going on in our mind and bodies, we can take the right actions to combat it. So one of the keys is to just be sorted and taking one thing at a time and not going very harsh on yourself. And it's okay
