So because I myself went through depression a very small phase during the lockdown, a little bit due to the incidents happening in my life, but. Well, where to go? These kind of are really going to help people out and make them understand that this is something which is hurting you and you have to give yourself time to get out of it and make it again in the world

First of all, the navigation skills as a skill in ten on ten because it was so amazing, it was so smooth. And second, the content mindblowing, you didn't miss a single point. I must say you researched everything so carefully and nice things. And third, I know the video is not for diagnosis, but I was listening to it and it was so helpful that I was just thinking of you people. So thank you so much for sharing this answer

And it is such an insult to the people who actually suffer from clinical depression because it's so much more than that. It makes them sad that you can just tag a condition or illness to one word or feeling. It's a multitude of feelings. And the most common feeling is not that of sadness. It's of feeling. Nothing. Another habit everyone has is thinking depression is a feeling. Oh, I'm feeling depressed today. Unlike sadness, it is not. It is a condition

Yay. Hi. Thank you so much for applying. And yes, that's why I made this. Well, because people misunderstand if they feel sad, they just say that I am depressed. So, you know, getting appropriate knowledge for this is really important. And also that you said that depression is not feeling sad. Depression is the feeling of feeling nothing. It really hits when you feel nothing. Like you're not even sad and you're not even happy where it's just like blank
