Next I would place is prioritizing self care activities which brings us joy such as exercise, meditation or for that matter, hobbies as well. These activities will help us recharge our batteries and improve our overall well being. Cultivating positive relationships with supportive friends and family members. Surrounding ourselves with people who can uplift and encourage us to be our best self. Setting boundaries with toxic people or toxic situations which can drain your energy

There are so many points that we need to keep in mind, such as thanking God or the universe, whichever God you believe in in any form. Lighting an incense or a candle itself would purify the aura. Do some light breathing exercises in the morning, stretching exercises in the morning. Just ten minutes. Even while you're boiling the milk or making your cup of tea, you can do the exercises that are needed for your legs and breathing

So for me, the way I self validate myself or at least try to find self validation is by trying out new hobbies, by pushing myself to do things that I am not initially comfortable with and I do these things for myself. I don't do this for somebody else or for somebody else to applaud or like. This is something I do for myself. And this can be different for different people. It can be meditating or taking a walk or taking oneself on a date
