Gym -A reality check! Change my mind.

Every time you go to the gym, just tell yourself that I go to the gym because of whatever is your reason. And today this is my plan. I will do legs today or I will do arms today, whatever it might be. And be clear that, okay, for legs I will do a, b, c, d exercises. These many sets, these many repetitions, this much amount of rest in between, all of that. Be clear

For many people Gym either means weight loss or body building. Its actually more than just those two. Let me know what do you think
