You should still smile when you start thinking, oh, man, I did it every hour. On the hour I've taken 200 steps. Or I'm starting to see that I'm drinking more water and like my midsection is starting to go away a little bit. These small wins will lead to those massive victories. And I really appreciate hearing that because just like gift giving or whatever, sometimes it feels like these things are seasonal, but it's important to keep it up and create sustainable habits and realistic. So I really like your examples of replacing soda with sparkling water and replacing one, not all three, that you have a day at once. I think that's really realistic and it's a nice, healthy way of like, tracking your progress and making it a lot more doable
