Becoming an empowerer, no matter how much work you can do, no matter how engaging your personality may be, you will not advance far in business if you cannot work through others. See where we went with that? It doesn't make much difference how much other knowledge or experience you possess. If you are unable to achieve results through people, you're worthless. Yeah. When you become an empower, that's what we're talking about, becoming an empower of others

Those that want something, we can help them. Those who did go off to college are able to utilize what they have to empower the rest of the family. So I'm glad that you butt that up, that point up, because it's actually something that I have been touching on for the last two weeks periodically. So I guess just a little confirmation

I deal with individuals of families, but getting inside of the family requires an army and a team, and our community is really good at collaborating. So thank you for spurring me into action. What I am going to do is to pull a team together to explore a unique way to explore creative solutions for getting something new and fun and different to get inside of the family besides what we're currently doing here as a community. But that family unit and the breakdown is absolutely critical
