Practice your reading skills so that you are confident and comfortable to read to your child. When your child comes into the world, read to your child. What is this going to do? It's going to teach them communication skills. It's going to teach them very necessary listening skills. It's going to teach them critical analyzing. It's going to teach them the way to investigate the world around them. It's going to help build the bond between the two of you

Why you should read to your child now. #sppparenting1 #parenting @wordsmith https://s.swell.life/SUBTWxjOYUe7CuF #read

Hey, Ellen, as always, is great hearing from you. And this was a very fascinating, important swell. My dad read to me. My dad read to me, especially when teachers were figuring out that I just wasn't comprehending. I loved books and I loved reading. Comprehension was a little bit low. And so my dad, he raised me and my sister. He was working a lot of hours

You want them to, especially before they're five, is to learn how to think. So that's wonderful. Thank you so much for pointing that out. That very modern, helpful tool that many people have on their phones or in their homes that can be used as long as the parent controls that and uses that. That is fantastic. I think that that's a really good idea. And I love that your dad read to you. See, my parents didn't read to me
