article image placeholderUploaded by @HeyItsErica
You can't just neglect exercise, but you're taking your meds and supplements. And you can't just neglect staying hydrated and getting proper rest just because you're exercising and taking supplements. All of them work together. So even though it's a natural supplement, you still want to make sure you're doing what you can for your body. This is another way that people have been reversing their diabetes

A lot of christians think that herbal supplements are all things that people do for black magic. And he's like, that's not the case. And he's teaching classes on this, which I think is so needed because I truly do believe God has provided all that we need. And so I love this. I'm going to look into the supplement. I don't have diabetes, so I don't know

Hey, Erica. Yeah. I follow this woman on Facebook. I can't even remember her name, but she's always like, don't forget the cinnamon. You know? And she's always talking about Ceylion cinnamon. And I have it in my cart, in an Amazon cart, and I keep taking it out, but I'm gonna put it back in because I really do want to start using it

And then you mentioned about christians and herbal remedies. Pharmacia, we know is viewed as, well, witchcraft. I know in one of the old churches I went to, it was definitely viewed as witchcraft. So for the christians who believe that medicines from the pharmacy is not witchcraft, I urge them to study the etymology of pharmacy, as well as just the creation and the side effects of many of their medicines

Yep. Put it back in that cart. Evelyn, I'm here to tell you, put it back in that cart because natural is where it's at. I mean, for real. And like I mentioned, my sister, even though she's not diabetic, she does watch her sugar, try to manage her sugars. I believe she's also taking blood sugar, blood pressure tea or something like that

So it's crazy. I think it might even be like supply and demand because suddenly the epipens are back in stock and then before you know it, the asthma medicine will be covered again and then, like, the weight loss medicines that are now out of stock will be back. It's just crazy. They're playing with us. You know what I'm saying? They're playing in our face. That's one of my favorite phrases. And, yeah, I got

So that's why I am glad for apps like this, because I want people to be aware and know the differences. So I waited, I spoke with my sister, I looked at the reviews, and then I did research on the difference between Cassia Cinnamon and Ceylon Cinnamon. Because regular cinnamon or cassia cinnamon, you can't use that too much over time because it does something to your liver or your body or something like that. So you got to know the differences between these things for your health

I usually take the weekends off for family time, but I'll probably do some more shutting down. Like, right now, I feel like I'm a little bit active probably throughout this week, and then next week I'll be on vacation. I probably could be thinking about no swelling. I'll just be off. I definitely got to take breaks because I need breaks from people. So I fill you on that. And while you're here, I'm happy to engage with you
