How to Overcome Guilt

article image placeholderUploaded by @Gamechanger
You forgive a lot of people in your life, so why cant you forgive yourself? And lastly, help someone in need. You cannot change the past but you can make your present better. Take a deep breath and tell yourself that you can release your guilt. Go ahead and accept your mistake. Forgive yourself. Feel grateful for your blessings. Help someone in need and know that brooding is not going to help you get rid of your guilt. So I leave you with this thought today

Hi, Ranjana. Thank you so much for inviting and lovely topic. Actually to avoid, I think toxicity. It's very important to understand that. Is it really working for me? And when I went through the entire swell, I heard it. I also realized that to overcome guilt, you know, the most imperative thing is to acknowledge first and accept how you feeling about it

It is so nice to hear from you. Thank you so much for sharing your views. I really like the analogies of the weed and the vase, and I think that you are so right in saying that, you know, we have to make that effort and we have to move forward by making the effort ourselves. Nobody's going to do it for us. Thank you so much for your views. Take care. Bye

Hi, Ranjana. Thank you so much for sharing these beautiful pointers. And yes, indeed, a sense of guilt, a sense of embarrassment, a sense of shame that we continue to cling on to in our life because of so many mistakes that we might have committed in the past. But unfortunately, most of these mistakes, that all those wrong deeds or actions that were conducted by us were just happening by chance, we were not doing them deliberately, maybe because we were not mature enough
