So not only will you be experiencing kind of the pain and just anxiety of that moment of your body remembering, but you're going to, for a while after, also have to kind of navigate the same thoughts that you used to have and the same attitudes. And I think that's so interesting because it makes sense, but I completely did not take that into account

You have to remind yourself of all the things you did to move through the first big hurdle that you probably recognize as being an anxious person, then transitioning through that and becoming a regular person that says, I'm a regular person with anxiety and realizing that there's no stigma around this, that this is just being human, just the degree of anxiety that controls our behavior, our mindset, our joy, and just giving language to it is, like, amazing

So while I have the medication, I still was dealing with food part, but I've learned that I don't have to just eat because I'm empty you know, I don't have anything to do where I'm bored. I don't have to just eat because I'm upset and I don't know how to deal with something. So I'm just eating until I figure out a solution. I've learned that it takes time and it takes patience
