I was again, in a cycle of negativity. And then I would kind of let her know, like, you know, just because I am bothered doesn't mean you're in the wrong. If I say I'm bothered that you do this or I am bothered when you do that, the beginning of that statement is I am bothered. And usually we reflects back to me
