If anyone is familiar with the movie close encounters of a third kind, Devil's Tower plays a very prominent part in that. And the real Devil's tower is as impressive as it was in the movie, so that was well worth the stop. And as we were driving along, we knew our destination for the day, and we hadn't really planned to stop anywhere else, but we began to see signs for wall drug in, wall South Dakota
