Weight loss drugs and personality changes

article image placeholderUploaded by @AnngieKaye
You lose the weight and still think you're nothing, nobody, and you're worthless, you've got to change your mindset. Also, people's eating habits are clearly not because of appetite. People eat because they're sad. They eat because they're lonely. The same reason why they hit up drugs. They can't cope with life. It doesn't change

I don't eat. When I'm depressed or stressed, I don't eat, and that's an issue as well. But I'm glad that you posted this. I resueled it because I want people to get delivered from that demon stop just focusing on weight and looks and just really talk about the mind and everything that goes with it. We need an holistic change. We do

You have to, bottom line, you have to change your eating habits, you have to change your activity, and you have to change your stress level for all of those things to work together. But that's all I have. But this is a really good article. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It's really good to know

Is that overweight recluse that nobody wants to talk to. So, yeah, the mindset change is probably the most difficult change. You can get some money, you can get married, you can lose some weight, but changing that mindset is probably the most difficult for all of us. Thanks, Erica. Talk to you soon

The benefit of losing weight outweighs any side effect, then I'm okay with that, because you, you're not gonna lose it quickly. And sometimes there's other things that stop people from losing weight other than diet and exercise. So it's. It's like, what do you do if you need to lose it? Now, prevention is easier than a cure, and so never getting overweight or never getting unhealthy would be ideal. That is ideal

And there were actually several articles posted about this. So, yes, the one I posted was from New York Post, and they're known for more tabloid type stuff. However, I will say that there were several links to other articles about these, these studies that had been done. So it seems to be pretty legit in terms of, and it makes sense to me, like I said, because the brain doesn't really know, the brain wants to fill good

In fact, of all of the things, excuse me, of all of the things, exercise has the least bearing on how much weight you gain now. And I don't want to get too far off base it. I'm not saying it doesn't help you lose weight, it certainly does. But it actually metabolizes the muscles in your body. So that's what it focuses on more than anything

So, like you said about your family member, he may have changed physically, but he's still that fat kid on the inside who's insecure and possibly have social anxiety and can't speak to people because the formative years were, you know, just traumatizing for him. That can happen. Just like me. I've always been insecure with my looks and always compared my looks to other women

And just because you've lost weight doesn't mean that every dude is going to be, you know, trying to holler at you. Yes, you're going to pull guys that you normally would not pull because everybody don't like big girls. But it doesn't mean that you're all of a sudden gonna have a boyfriend or a husband. It doesn't mean that you're all of a sudden going to have this opportunity or these friends or it doesn't mean that

And she's like, well, you can't call me ugly because, look, I got this butt, and it's like, he could still call you ugly if that's how he thought. That doesn't change anything. So, yeah, it's a sad state of affairs. Definitely been there in one way or the other where we put a lot of stock in a particular thing. And really, it's what's in our spirit that matters. Thank you for chiming in
