So it's like this raw meat dish that you have to prepare that day. And basically once it's made, you have about 4 hours to eat it. So you'll put it in the refrigerator, let it sit there for 2 hours, and then once you take it out the refrigerator, you have like an hour or two left to eat it. Okay? After you're done eating it, you cannot eat it again raw
Unfortunately, we're lucky to have an Indian restaurant or some good Thai food restaurants around, but nonetheless, looking forward to trying it.
