Love this. Yes. When I discovered the chakras and started understanding them at a deeper level, I feel like everything just made more sense in terms of the link between mind, body and soul and all of the connections and what was functioning well and what needed some work and some extra love and TLC and yeah. Now I'm actually reading a book that's comparing the seven chakras to the the seven sacraments as well as the Jewish kabbalah, and it's really interesting. Yeah
