And there's a holiday in Judaism called Yeom Kippur, and it's a day of atonement. And one of the things you're supposed to do before the sunset of that holiday when you fast for a day, is you turn towards people who you may have hurt in the past, and you apologize. And the tradition is not to think about one thing that you might have done and be specific. I mean, that's one part

I agree. I think we all should incorporate that into our lives. For some reason, in the Western society, we are of the belief that to be vulnerable makes you weak. So to admit fault would be being vulnerable, which is the furthest thing from the truth. And a lot of people do not understand how to apologize, unfortunately. I just hope that as a collective, we can get better. We can share our knowledge to help others get better, and we can raise our vibrations
