Yeah, I think this is huge. I think better out than in, as Shrek once said. But it's true. Things can build up and we can not realize at all until it's too late and we're kind of exploding all over the place. I certainly have felt that. And it's not good. It's totally preventable if you just let yourself feel what you're feeling, even if it's painful, because down the line, it's always the healthier option
