Thank you so much. These are some really great tips, and I think that they totally can help with meditation at any stage. Whether you're fully a beginner and you're looking for ways to make it feel more simplified and, you know, less of a big deal to start, this makes it very simple, easy, practical, doable. And even if you aren't a beginner, I really like just a reminder of how simple it can be and of all the different tools you can use
