So I've been trying to do I do reiki so I've been trying to do more root chakra in hopes that maybe it will balance out kind of my more active crown chakra. And also I didn't know that garnett was a crystal for the root chakra. That makes sense, right? The more like the deeper red the color. So I will have to do some work around that.
