We're going to inhale to the count of five through the nose, hold it for 5 seconds. And when you blow it out, blow it out through the mouth and make the sound so you're releasing the tension that may be in the body or the breath. So let's try this together. Inhale deeply, hold it and exhale, letting go of the tension. Ah. Did that feel good? Did you notice a release in your body? Want to feel good again?

Your breath is your hidden power. OOH. I have never heard that phrasing before. And that is brilliant, because it is. It's the one thing that we can control and help to connect to ourselves and to calm our bodies and calm our stress. And thank you for sharing this on here. It's so important. And I teach a lot of breath work to young kids to try to get them to do that deep belly breath instead of the breathing up in the chest
