However, I do have some processes in place that I feel will help and I could share that on another post, but, yeah. For example, earlier, well, a couple of weeks ago, I agreed to go to a birthday dinner. That's one thing I want to stop doing. These birthday dinners have to stop. Anyways, so I went to a birthday dinner. Not sure if anyone's familiar with South Florida, but the birthday dinner was in Miami

I so hear this. And also, in a way, the year of no is its own year of yes. Because when you say no to that expensive dinner, say no to that social engagement that you really don't want to go to say no to, I don't know, all these things that you felt obligated to do. You're saying yes to yourself, yes to taking care of yourself, yes to exploring more interests, yes to spending time with the people that you love
