And most recently a friend of mine they had their boyfriend, they showed up and the cops surrounded the vehicle is dangerous. However, they told the boyfriend he said the ignition, he refused six cops and you were surrounding the car and they kept negotiating this guy to get out of the car to be arrested, blah, blah blah he used to say perpetrator drove off got away and has not been caught. So this is the way the system fails victims every day
