All issues are interrelated especially with the approach to youth sports.

And this is the landscape that so many kids are going down right now within youth sports and the mental aspect of playing something for six years, under the pressure of coaches and parents to get that scholarship, it's a blinking red light. To me, it just is not healthy, both physically because you're working the same muscle groups all that time, but more mentally than anything. You probably all familiar with the term burnout
