Let me start off with my first question do you feel today as you look back that passion alone can drive a dream and see it turn into reality? How would you describe your journey as an entrepreneur over the last decade or so?

Passion, persistence and patience are the key to turn any dream into reality! #persistence #patience #entrepreneur

So if you have the right hammer and how exactly should be the force and at times that hammer could actually be your sweet talking skills, at times it could be your persuasion skills, at times it could be a rebellion act where you have to put your point across. So there is no one rule fits the bill when it comes to your journey as an entrepreneur. And it has to be a mix of value system that you carry with yourself with a lot of persistence to the core

Riddhi, thank you so much for this response. And the hammer and nail analogy I found very, very interesting, and I think that's so true. We must understand that women for women, multitasking comes very naturally. And somewhere, using the right skills at the right time and having a macro view of things with the thrill of exploring the unknown, I think this combination is something that should keep us highly motivated and plunge into new arenas. Right, with a completely positive mindset

So the first question everybody wanted to ask was marketing like, do you have a degree? Have you worked for a number of years in the field? So because my marketing experience was what, three or four years? When I started on my own, while my writing experience at that time was already somewhere around eight plus years

Thank you. Riddhi, my last question is what do you believe are the top three qualities that have helped you in your leadership journey?

I would also want to share that it's not necessary that every entrepreneurial journey will end up successful. And that also depends on what you define as success. You might have charted on a certain roadmap saying that I want to achieve a certain goal in my head, not necessarily every time that goal will be met. So no matter what is the end result, you have to complete the journey. And that is why consistently showing up matters. Second very important thing is the mindset
