As for your question, I think one of my biggest learnings in these changing landscapes and as a leader is that more than anything else, leadership is about people. It's about your teams, it's about all the other people, all the other stakeholders that you interact with more and more

But what is more important is that every digital marketing professional has to be on their toes all the time. They cannot get too committed to any one of the platforms, and they have to keep their fundamentals really strong. The fundamentals are still about how your consumer is reacting to your messages, what message do you need to give to them to get the desired action out of them. We did not have too much data earlier. Now we have a lot of data

But what I also realized was that especially women entrepreneurs, the kind of women entrepreneurs which were there in my cohort, and it was very, very amazing and inspiring to see women all the way from making healthy food at home to Achars pappas or crochet objects and things like that, all the way up to AI driven startups or drones and things like that. So the range was huge and of course the kind of passion that these women entrepreneurs brought to the table was amazing
