The way you looked at these team members who have never worked with a woman before, let alone a woman boss, looked at them as friends, looked at them as comrades in arms and also mentors. I think that speaks a lot. Moving on to my next question. Do you think over the years, women in leadership roles in India have broken the glass ceiling?

Firstly, I want to challenge these constructs of glass ceiling and seat at the table, et cetera. Who do you think has created this ceiling? Who do you think has constituted these tables? I think you already know know the answers to that
