Don’t guilt trip me into doing volunteer work at work, SMH
But we're already understaffed, overworked, forced to do OT just to keep afloat with the reports and everything we're responsible for on our end individually, our workloads and working from home and such. But now, on top of that, this is the second time in recent history, at least the last six months, that the company has this thing now where they want to encourage forcibly, it sounds like, for us to do volunteer work. Meaning?
