Fasting once a week to detoxify your body.
And it was difficult for me. I'm not going to lie because I'm a person who loves eating and food is a major part of my life. My life revolves around what I'm supposed to eat next for the coming meal. It was a bit difficult, but by the afternoon I was pretty chill. I had gotten used to it, and I was munching on carrots, raw carrots and some fruits and maybe green tea and stuff like that. And it actually worked really well for me
