I didn't want to take the vaccine when she explained to me why I needed to take it, and I explained to her why I didn't want to. I don't even like taking ibuprofen. So the fact that I had to do that was incredibly difficult and also kind of tied in with me being brave and just being honest about making that decision so that I could make my 2022 better. I also had to get my teeth fixed

So this year I think my word is going to be home and I'm really hoping to move out of the home that I'm in now and actually out of the state that I'm in. So that's going to be my goal for 2023. So I thought the word home would align and then also feeling at home wherever I'm at or where to feel more of myself, more comfortable. So I have a lot more writing and journaling and exploring to do with the word that I picked

Hello. Thank you so much for listening and for responding and contributing what your highlights are and what you're looking forward to. We're only a few days away from 2023. I just get so excited around this time and such a great time to self reflect, reevaluate, pivot, revisit things that you thought about at the beginning of the year and how you can tackle them if you haven't. So it's just always an exciting time for me
