So I'd like to think most of the things that I say in a swell cast are lighthearted or fun or relatable easily digestible. But I came across an Instagram story where someone had shared a quote that talked about hyperdependence basically being a trigger of someone who grew up not having the ability to trust people fully. And so they always find themselves asserting that they are able to do everything on their own. And I feel like this generation of people of adults are really intentional about their self awareness and mental health
