And I don't like to restrict or limit a mom to just one option, right? But I do believe that it's very important that we know the truth when it comes to breastfeeding. And we know the truth when it comes to formula, right? Let's be honest. Black moms and black baby, black moms, excuse me, and black babies are the ones that are targeted when it comes to formula companies. We are. And why is that?

But I got through it somehow. It was just a crazy experience. I will say that after I recovered from that, I did start to notice that my milk supply was a little bit off. And apparently it happens when you have a hungry baby or one who I mean, I called my daughter to this day much because it was just never ending
