Class, I think. Wednesday school, friday school, lunch break time. We used to have this kind kind of practice sessions. We would go there and we would speak for about 2 minutes. I tried and tried and tried. I think I went on trying for about two months. Then I was about to give up one day. But my classmates I went there and I spoke. I don't know, but it was a good experience. Many fear it doesn't matter. Definitely go there

Firstly. Thank you so much for inviting me to this particular swell and thank you for sharing your exceedance most of the time when something wrong happens with us. We don't actually feel of sharing it with others because we feel embarrassed but thank you so much for sharing this with us which actually helps us also to get inspired and to not leave something because of the fear and anxiety that we had or because of the negative experiences that we had with that particular aspect coming to the stage fear

So it really feels great to share whatever you feel like and especially in the place where your nons are not there. Everyone is a stranger over here, so it's great to share this feeling because nobody is here to judge you, because people only judge you. Where people know you, they know your strengths and weaknesses, people who are nuclear about you, they'll never judge you
