To know more about the meditation we need to understand how our mind works, how it is related with the mind. Our mind is always busy in the past events. It's like playing replace to us, replace of our past events, failures, success, pros and cons of our lives in the future. It keeps us busy in various thoughts and we are happy keeping us engaging in our thoughts

Hello. Are you practicing meditation? If yes. What kind of meditation you follow and how you have experienced it in your life, if you can share, that would be beautiful to know. Thank you very much

Good evening, Vivekji. And the topic which you have taken for your podcast is very, very close to my heart and that is meditation. I mean, people call it as meditation, but I call it as the moments of self absorption. You defined it really beautifully. You. Thank you for this podcast. It's so well explained about how our mind just keeps replaying the past and is not able to move forward. And definitely meditation is one way to really try to focus on what is important and probably just be at peace with just stepping away from this world for some time and being with yourself. Thank you so much for this podcast. Have a lovely day. Bye

You feel full of life, full of joy, full of pleasure. And most importantly, you feel yourself near to supreme power, near to nature, and you can concentrate. And this brings a different kind of positive change you. And it is really, really very beneficial. So keep doing meditation, practice it, enjoy it, just live it

Meditation helps us to analyze our mind, to understand what we are going through, and majorly it helps in controlling our own emotions, which is really important. And apart from that, when you ask me do I follow meditation? Basically because of busy schedules and all, most of the time it's a Hariburi kind of thing. So when I'm at home, especially like Thursday and Fridays, work from home for me and Saturday Sundays. So at that time I actually keep doing it
