We are conditioned to make the most of our day because we live in a capitalist society. Productivity culture and its Association with morning routines become a problem when we strive to accomplish more work no matter what cost. In other pandemic, this has been highlighted as many people have had to change the way they work

Hey, wallet. Thank you for this. Well, I think you made some great points there, especially about the obsession with the early morning productivity culture. So while I admit that I am somewhat of a morning person, I must also say that I'm an early riser, mostly because it is really important for me to get an early start on my chores and to ensure that I stick to my work schedule

Never reminded enough

Hey, Violet, it's great to hear your voice. I went to medium and I read your article halfway through and other I came back to listen to your voice again. It was a great experience to have both. And we're never reminded enough about that sacred choice we can make every every day to sort of bring a certain amount of reverence to our morning and set the tone
