It's about creating movement for a good sustained 30 to 60 minutes a day. Now it can be broken up. It could be sustained. It could be intense. Wow. You are amazing. First of all, those 24 hours bike races are insane for the healthiest person. You're probably a doctor's nightmare because they worry. But you're also the hero. So don't let that fool you. Wow. That's you're amazing. Wow. I think that we have to all do things at our own pace for sure

Thank you so much for your antidote. I absolutely love conjure the joy I need my bikes because they all put me in the right frame of mind when I get on them. And they all have different reasons.
