And there was a period in my life where I thought I was too honest, too truthful, and I thought that I experienced consequences because of that, and I wasn't strong enough to handle it. Today, I'm beyond strong. I'm more grounded than I have ever been in my life. So this marks a new beginning. I will say what it is that I want to say. I will stand in the truth, and I will stand in my honesty

It's a journey for so many people, because I think we speak sometimes and we think about who's listening, and that sometimes obfuscates the authentic thing we want to say because we're already on the other side of it
