A piece of advice I would give to my younger self...
It is better to drag yourself out of that and come back in present. Start saying no to things like you don't need to say yes to everything, because sometimes it cost your inner peace. So it is better to say no when necessary. And at last I would like to say, start discovering yourself. Find your passion, and start recognizing your strength, weakness, and start working on it
And so I'm wondering, how do you in your culture, view your relationship with God? Does that in any way impact your idea or your philosophies on life? Now, how do I do this?
