And I think if it has to be registered and all this, it shouldn't be done in such a manner. Rather it should be totally voluntarily. You cannot force somebody to go and register. But if they have to do this, then why not marry in the very first place? And I believe everyone is more than above 18 years of age and everyone should have the freedom of living their own life in their manner and however they want to let it be a girl. Nobody is completely dumb
