Hi Varun, thank you for this post. I remember a mentor of mine telling me that whenever you hire, you must hire for attitude. Skill sets can always be working upon, but attitude is something that can make or break teams right. And you always need to have people with the right attitude, be it towards teamwork, be it towards being in a learning environment, be it towards collaboration. I think the right kind of attitude is the deal clincher at the end of the day
