And if you have a good day and then you see your bed is already made up because you did it in the morning. So that will be like this will add a lot to your happiness. Yes, not exactly happiness, but like you're in a good mood. So it will be a little kind of topping on. That a good topic, not those better ones. So what do you think other habits that you would really like to really want to try out

Hello, Vartika and blessing. And I totally agree with you. Like, if I've had a bad day, I would really like to come back and plop down in my neatly clean bed. You are right about it. And I agree with you. There's also also there's another habit I have that my friends say is very infectious is that if they do the smallest thing for me now, I'm good

So anxiety kicks in very quickly when I am in a situation where I have to take decision or I have to speak or I have to take an initiative. And there are certain things which makes me angry very easily. So I want to develop a habit of taking things, like calmly. And whenever I get anxious, I just want to think about how I have to deal with it, and basically I have to calm down

Hey I'm playing so I just heard your reply and girl you're really really really sweet but you know this is a really really good habit too but you know you need to understand that there are some some basic duties that people actually owe to others so avoiding too much of thank you because somewhere people take advantage of it and not everybody is nice as you abandon either way again I'll say your GG

Hi. So, you know, I had this problem too few years back and I can like, you know, advice you or suggest you see, what happens is key. When you when we get angry on very small things, it gives people advantage over us. So this is why we should really avoid being angry and don't let things get to us. Their Daughters of Indian Brown household. And we are, like, very good intolerating things. And maybe we should try the art of ignoring

Hey, Vartika, that is a really great habit to follow. I also do that, but yeah, I started doing that, and it really feels nice. Also, I have started this habit of when I wake up, the next thing I try to do is write five things that I'm grateful for after you wake up writing five things that you almost that you feel grateful about this something really. I think everybody should do that. Yeah

Weird habit...but im proud of it !🙃

So it all happened when I was in my fifth standard, and I used to call sir, like, for everyone. Like the Watchmen, the sweepers, the non teaching staff, and the way they used to smile when they used to hear that. Okay. I never understood it at that time because I was very small. But now that it's a habit, I just kind of see it when I'm in my College. Also, like, even the Watchmen

You know, this is a really, really good habit. I would like to do that myself. I must have it. I will do this from tomorrow morning. The first thing I do is drink water. That is like very much underrated or considered. It is a gross thing, but it's actually not. It is actually good for our guts. We don't know it yet

Yeah. You know what the best part is? The best thing you could do to somebody is make them smile. You don't know if somebody's having a bad day and if I'm having abandoned someone, make me make me smile. I will never forget that for person. I will always be grateful for that per person's presence. And that is a really sweet thing we did
