And then when I sit down to work, I work till 04:00 a.m. At night, so that isn't helpful either. But I have tried to stop it like I will only use social media work really, and maybe give myself a 1520 minutes of break. But I cannot. It's not an addiction. Like if you take my phone away, I can still live. But when it's there, I cannot stop myself from scrolling
